ROMAN IIEVSKY
Roman Iievskyi was born in Kirovohrad (now Kropyvnytskyi), Ukraine. In 2016 ended with honors Kirovohrad Music College in flute class of Volodymyr Zalewskyi. Received a bachelor’s degree in flute performance at Lviv National Music Academy named after M. Lysenko in the class of Olena Pavlenko, where now pending master’s degree. Took part in many international masterclasses and summer schools, such as: Masterclasses of D. Bouriakov (principal flute of the Los Angeles Philharmonic) at Johanes Brahms Conservatory in Hamburg, William Bennett Summer School in Italy (Milan, Sale-Marasino), Masterclasses of such teachers as Toon Fret (Belgium), Alexis Kosenko (France), Maria Semotiuk (Ukraine – Netherlands), Janos Balint (Hungary), Andras Adorjan (Hungary – Denmark), Michie Bennett (UK). Performed in different solo and chamber recitals, and in orchestra concerts in such countries, as Ukraine, Germany, Poland, Austria, France, Italy, Denmark, Norway and Luxembourg. From 2017 – flutist in Kendlinger’s K&K Philharmoniker.

In 2015 received a scholarship from Altus UK for studying at William Bennett International Summer School (Italy, Sale-Marasino). From 2020 is LefreQue Artist.
